301 Clock Hours

Our Firefighter II Training Program consists of 225 clock hours. It prepares students for certification and employment as Firefighters in accordance with Florida Statutes. This Statute requires that a student must be 18 years of age or older; have a high school diploma or equivalent; no criminal record; pass a physical examination; be a certified First Responder or higher (EMT/B or EMT/P) complete the fire academy; and pass the State Certification Exam. To be eligible for the State Certification Exam, a student must complete all requirements set forth by Chipola College and the Bureau of Fire Standards and Training. To enter this class, the student must be a state certified Firefighter I.

Firefighter I is 191 hours. Price: $612.05

Firefighter II is 301 hours. Price: $891.55
